Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Team Lead/Home Manager to supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate services for individuals in community-based programs.

The role requires strong supervision, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and collaboration with the service team to ensure quality care. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals served, including medical appointments and household management.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes.
• Develop and implement behavior support strategies and train staff.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure strong communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training.
• Monitor staffing hours to provide appropriate services for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, the county board, and the service team.
