Job summary

SoFi is seeking an Applications Administrator to join our Corporate Applications team, focused on Home Lending applications such as Encompass 360 and Blend. You will own configuration, integrations, security, and ongoing maintenance of critical home lending platforms.

The role requires independent judgment, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a proactive approach to automation and operational improvement to support regulatory and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in enterprise application administration or related tech discipline.
• Experience independently administering and troubleshooting enterprise apps.
• Understanding of mortgage industry and loan origination workflows.
• Experience with SSO, identity management and automated provisioning (Okta/SCIM).
• Experience with APIs, scripting, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Encompass 360, Blend, and Home Lending apps, including config and security.
• Own complex workflows ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Evaluate requirements and implement secure technical solutions.
• Escalation point for complex issues with root-cause analysis.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort.
• Develop scripts, integrations, and automated workflows for operations.
• Lead onboarding and integration for investors, partners, vendors.
