Job summary

SoFi is seeking an Applications Administrator to join the Corporate Applications team with a focus on Home Lending applications. You will administer Encompass 360, Blend, and other Home Lending tools, manage configurations, security, and integrations, and own complex workflows to keep systems reliable and scalable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years in enterprise application administration or related technical roles.
• Experience administering, configuring, deploying and troubleshooting critical apps.
• Knowledge of mortgage lifecycle, Encompass 360 admin.
• Experience with SSO/identity management (Okta, SCIM).
• Experience with APIs, scripting or automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Encompass 360, Blend, and Home Lending apps including configuration, security, and integrations.
• Own complex workflows and ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Evaluate requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within security standards.
• Serve as escalation point for complex app issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and integrations supporting administration and data management.
• Maintain integrations between Home Lending platforms and internal enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
