Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; six years of related equipment operation experience.
• Valid NC CDL or ability to obtain within 360 days.
• Ability to climb, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Perform preventive maintenance and roadway repairs as needed.
• Install traffic and erosion control devices.
• Clear right of way and grade roadways.
• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and more.
• Lead and train a highway maintenance crew; oversee manual labor activities.
