Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of highway construction projects to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality completion.
• Manage on-site personnel, equipment, and materials while adhering to project plans, safety regulations, and budget constraints.
• Act as primary point of contact between project managers, superintendents, and labor crews to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise work activities of assigned crew; supervise safety inspections and reports.
