Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a Silicon Valley facility. You’ll manage preventive maintenance, oversee complex repairs, and coach technicians in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

You’ll read schematics, ensure codes are met, and drive operational improvements while modeling CBRE’s RISE values. Strong supervisory experience and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Shift supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules for the electrical staff.
• Inspect and assess work to ensure on-time completion and code compliance.
• Read and interpret design schematics for proper installations.
• Troubleshoot major complex system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Oversee purchasing and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Coach others to develop expertise across the function.
