Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering background with ownership of technical delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering complex systems spanning multiple business units.
• Ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication; lead technical reviews.
• Experience in high-speed electrical design and validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate program goals into clear technical deliverables and integration plans.
• Drive execution across electrical, mechanical, software, and operations stakeholders.
• Aid in defining acceptance criteria and validation evidence for processes and systems.
• Ensure alignment of system and process deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate readiness for deployment across sites and suppliers.
