Job summary

The Bellevue School District is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Interlake High School in Bellevue, WA to lead the program and ensure safe, effective conditioning for student-athletes.

Responsibilities include supervising the weight room, coordinating with the Athletic Director, developing training sessions, and maintaining records and reports on facility use and program effectiveness. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid are required; CSCS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Hold a current first aid and CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the strength and conditioning program.
• Coordinate after-school weight room use with the Athletic Director.
• Develop and submit facility assessment and annual program report.
• Ensure safety, health, and welfare of students during training.
• Organize and supervise student training sessions.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

First aid and CPR certification

CSCS certification (preferred)
