Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience in school safety, security, law enforcement, or emergency management.
• Experience working with adolescents in school or related settings preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training provided within first three months.
• Knowledge of district policies, procedures, student discipline, and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the high school security team.
• Manage daily security operations, including campus supervision and access control.
• Coordinate with the District Emergency Coordinator on emergencies and safety drills.
• Support student behavior expectations and a proactive safety culture.
