Hattiesburg Clinic, PA is seeking a Hemodialysis Charge RN to oversee direct nursing care and Hemodialysis treatments in the Chronic Hemodialysis Unit. The Charge RN will assign staff to patients and assist with patient care, maintaining a professional, quality-focused approach.

The role requires nursing graduation, Mississippi RN registration, and dialysis experience or flexibility to cover staff as needed, with strong communication to Nephrologists and supervisors.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of dialysis experience preferred.
• Current registration with the Mississippi Board of Nursing.
• Ability to use a variety of physical motions in day-to-day activity including standing, turning, bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time without fatigue.
• Flexibility to role changes when assigned to function as staff RN to provide qualified care.
• Ability to handle/direct problems to the appropriate service.
• Ability to accept responsibility.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Delegation of duties to assigned personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Assign staff to patients.

• Serve in a professional manner with emphasis on quality care.
• Communicate the needs of the patients to the Nursing Supervisor, Nephrologists, and Nurse Practitioners.
• Perform Hemodialysis RN duties as described in the job description.
