Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Help Desk Specialist - Manager to lead Tier 1 and 2 support for the DES MES-NET program, driving end-user support during large-scale migration efforts.

This role operates at DISA Headquarters in Fort Meade, MD, and requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, migration, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• 3 years leading technical support of service desk teams.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff.
• Manage ticket queues, escalations, and support workflows.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, migration, and operations teams.
• Support endpoint migration activities and user transition efforts.
• Provide reporting and updates to program leadership.
