Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to supervise a crew of technicians responsible for repairs and maintenance of chassis, refuse bodies, and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes diagnostics, scheduling, and mentoring, with hands-on work on diesel and non-diesel equipment, hydraulic and electrical systems, and line welding as needed.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience with OSHA HazCom, Lock Out Tag Out, and fire protection regs is a plus.
• Supervisory or lead technician experience is a plus.
• Valid Class B or higher CDL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, timely repairs.
• Diagnose complex repair issues and coach others.
• Inspect third-party repairs for safety and compliance.
• Schedule work to minimize downtime.
• Perform line welding and fabrication as needed.
