Empower Rental Group is hiring a Shop Foreman in Lenoir City, TN. The role supports the Branch Manager in daily shop operations and oversees maintenance and repair of owned vehicles and equipment. You will guide technicians, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and efficiency in the shop.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry/construction preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and guide repairs; interpret schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and assist the Branch Manager in maintenance and repair work.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose problems, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs.
• supervise technicians, review work orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records, warranties, and equipment logs; train new staff.
• Provide technical guidance and customer service, coordinate shop workflow.
