Synergen is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for Synergen Construction. You will perform maintenance, grading, slope, and read construction plans, mentoring junior operators.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of operating experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather and exposure to fuels and oils.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of equipment operating experience required.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction plans.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance in a proficient manner.
• Perform sloping, stripping, grading, backfilling, and clearing techniques at an expert level.
• Utilize grade control techniques and advanced construction technologies.
• Mentor and develop Junior Equipment Operators.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with customers, engineers, and inspectors.
