WM is seeking a Lead Heavy Equipment Mechanic at its King George, VA landfill site. You will service and repair heavy equipment, including bulldozers, scrapers, loaders and related machinery, ensuring high safety and reliability across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, loaders, and related vehicles.
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, transmission, and cooling systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete paperwork and PM checklists and manage oil samples.
• Perform additional duties as assigned at the landfill site.
