Job summary

Garland is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic Supervisor to oversee diagnosis, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and vehicles. You will coordinate shop operations and supervise mechanics. Maintain detailed maintenance records, manage parts inventory, plan repairs to minimize downtime, and train staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7 years related experience in heavy equipment and diesel diagnosis/repair.
• 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diagnosis, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and vehicles.
• Supervise mechanics and manage parts inventory and shop operations.
• Initiate, track and report work orders; prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
