Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or inspection.
• 5 years of proven team leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery.
• Proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, torque wrenches).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, bulldozers, graders, forklifts, cranes, skid steers) across inbound/outbound/PDI/quality checks.
• Coach team members to perform evaluations in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• Set targets for each team member; monitor performance and address issues.
• Verify equipment functions per manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings, photos, measurements, and recommendations.
• Ensure inspections comply with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and industry safety regulations.
