Job summary

FleetPride, the nation’s largest distributor of heavy-duty parts, seeks a Counter Parts Sales Associate to service customers by phone or in person. You will identify customer needs, locate parts from the warehouse, and drive sales while ensuring accurate pricing and timely service.

In this role you will train new counter sales staff, answer product questions, and help maintain showroom and catalog accuracy. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales; sales of heavy-duty parts preferred.
• Valid drivers' license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy duty parts for customers as requested by phone or in person.
• Suggest sale of related parts for full service.
• Locate and obtain ordered part for customer from central warehouse or branch.
• Train new counter parts sales representatives on procedures and policies.
• Follow-up to ensure results and provide ongoing training.
