Job summary

New England Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to lead dams, bridges, and highway projects in our region.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and safety standards in the field, guiding Superintendents and project teams to deliver on time and within scope. This role rewards hands-on leadership, strategic problem solving, and collaboration across vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects with budgets, schedules, risks, and quality control.
• Lead field teams and coordinate with Superintendents to keep projects on track.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues, reallocate resources, and adjust plans as needed while upholding safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high performance and project success.
