Job summary

Simon, a Colas USA subsidiary, seeks an experienced construction project manager to lead all phases of complex projects in the region. You will coordinate with management, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CM or civil engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong planning, scheduling and cost control skills. Valid driver's license is required and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in construction operations or PM/estimating.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and direct all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with management to utilize resources and personnel.
• Attend preconstruction and weekly progress meetings.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and schedules.
