Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil construction to lead complex infrastructure projects across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. The role emphasizes ownership of budgets, schedules, and safety, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with field leadership, manage substantial contracts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high standards of safety and productivity across multiple projects in Southern New England.

Qualifications

• Experience leading heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction and award through final closeout.
• Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and field leadership to maintain milestones.
• Oversee bridges, culverts, dams, roadways, marine, and related scopes.
• Manage contracts, subcontract agreements, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
