Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager - Heavy Civil to lead on water resources projects across the Inland Northwest.

This is a full-time role offering opportunities in dams, energy, fisheries, infrastructure, and natural resources with a focus on delivering complex civil works. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with owners and contractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards on multi-million-dollar endeavors, including projects up to $50

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of specialized management experience in large civil projects.
  • Proven track record delivering heavy civil projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to travel to project sites in the Inland Northwest.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions and workshops on large, complex water resources projects.
  • Ensure deliverables meet risk management requirements.
  • Plan and oversee schedules, specifications, and budgets.
  • Manage QA/QC reviews and risk management for multiple projects.
  • Serve as project owner's representative with contractors; manage contracts.
  • Monitor constructability reviews and preconstruction planning.
  • Lead project managers for larger projects.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget up to $50 million.
