Job summary

Sigil Partners Staffing seeks an experienced Production Supervisor – Heat Treating to lead a hands-on, small-team operation. You will supervise production staff, work alongside operators, and ensure safe, efficient heat-treating processes on vacuum furnaces and related equipment.

This role manages daily schedules, maintains records, trains employees, and enforces quality and safety standards to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years direct heat-treating experience.
• Experience with vacuum furnaces and heat-treating processes.
• ISO, AS9100 and NADCAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production staff.
• Operate heat-treating equipment and processes.
• Maintain production schedules and records.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Train and develop team on procedures and safety.
• Complete batch records and logs.
