You will manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement through audits and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service oriented.
• Creative, innovative, and receptive to change.
• Proficient in Windows Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Can calculate recipe ingredient amounts for fluctuations in serving size (catering/cafeteria).
• Proficient in cashier services, counting money, using cash register.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in CBORD software programs preferred.
