Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and inspect housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Ensure staff report to work and clock in; document late or absent employees.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff breaks and assign keys, radios and beepers as needed.
• Instruct staff on proper cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety standards across areas.
• Conduct staff training and contribute to team professionalism.
