Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Saint Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI for 2nd shift. Base pay $18.00/hour with shift differentials for 2nd ($1.50), 3rd ($2.00) and weekends ($1.00).

Summary: Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure unit standards are met and guests receive optimum service. Requires prior hospital EVS experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior environmental service experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Job duties include bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to supervise and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Monitors staff presence and punctuality; documents absences.
• Resolves guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Documents call offs and coverage for shifts.
• Coordinates staff breaks.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets; communicates changes during shifts.
• Assigns keys, radios and beepers; ensures security of equipment.
• Checks equipment and ensures supplies and cleanliness.
