Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Computer Science or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting functions to maintain consistent methodologies and processes.
• Instruct team members on identifying opportunities and weaknesses and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate documentation of reporting requirements and client specifications.
• Improve and automate report processing and assess tools for quality improvements.
• Support company-wide strategic initiatives for the executive team.
• Lead training and onboarding of new team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with departmental leaders to improve internal processes.
