Tutor Time Childcare in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to plan, assess and instruct preschoolers in accordance with Head Start and company standards. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, manage classrooms, and foster relationships with families to support student growth.

We value energetic, dependable candidates with an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or CDA, classroom leadership experience, and the ability to meet state

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or CDA is required.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and deliver fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
