This position offers a pay range of $37.00/hr - $43.18/hr and a sign-on bonus of $5,000, paid 50% at 3 months and 50% at one year. The role reports to the HRC Nursing Manager.
The Lead Harm Reduction Clinic Nurse Care Manager (Lead HRC NCM) is a key leader within the multidisciplinary Office-based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) team at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center’s Harm Reduction Clinic (HRC). Responsibilities include clinical duties such as assessments, intakes, evaluations, triage, teaching, inductions, and stabilizations for patients with opioid, alcohol, or stimulant use disorders seeking treatment with buprenorphine, naltrexone, or Contingency Management services. The Lead HRC NCM also provides clinical guidance to nursing staff, assists with scheduling, resolves workflow issues, and supports the team alongside management.
Work in a busy community health setting with occasional long hours, some travel, and potential night/weekend shifts. Physical demands include lifting up to 20 pounds, standing, walking, and visual and hearing acuity.
