Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's in STEM required.
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
4+ years in test hardware design and development.
Experience leading technical teams and projects.
Proficient with NI TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and LabVIEW RF/test hardware design.
Experience with routine use and automation of commercial test equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through development cycle from requirements to deployment.
Test capabilities spanning power, RF, analog, and digital domains.
Collaborate with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations early to define capacity needs for manufacturing test.
Identify test readiness issues and optimization opportunities during development.
Lead medium-to-large teams to meet budgets, schedules, and performance.
Obtain Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.
