Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering design and development environment.
• Preferred direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.
• Experience with National Instruments’ TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Experience with commercial test and measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements to deployment.
• Work with engineering and production teams to identify testing capacity needs.
• Identify test readiness issues and need for optimizations.
