IT Resource Hunter in Fremont, CA seeks a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the development of next generation metrology systems. You will manage a team of mechatronics and systems engineers and coordinate with multifunctional groups to deliver new product solutions and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a management role and 7-10 years in a technical, complex engineering environment.
• Experience with Semiconductor Capital equipment is a plus.
• Experience in complex system design, vendor management and product release.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital.
• Familiarity with CAD, PLC, robotics, and system integration is crucial.
