Job summary

C.J. McCarthy Landscape seeks a seasoned landscape construction leader with significant experience in masonry and hardscape. You will guide crews on site development, grading, drainage, and install patios, walls, and outdoor features, while aligning with design intent from plans.

You will manage multiple crews, read landscapes designs, and oversee safety, scheduling, and client communication across projects ranging from small to large, $10k+ scale.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Hands-on experience with skid steer, mini excavator, dump truck and trailer operation.
• Ability to read and follow a landscape design; knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and delegate responsibilities; create schedules and operating plans.
• Interact with customers and vendors; manage budgets and project progress.
• Day-to-day tasks include leading and working with crews on landscape and hardscape installs.
