Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, masonry or concrete.
• Ability to perform industry skills such as shooting grade.
• Willingness to learn and adapt from general landscaping.
• Reliable daily attendance and punctuality.
• Year-round employment and physical demands accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete daily hardscape projects (patios, walkways, steps, outdoor kitchens, firepits).
• Perform winter snow removal.
• Manage 40–50 hour weekly schedule, four 10-hour days when weather allows.
• Adapt to variable schedules including potential Fridays/weekends.
• Work outdoors in challenging conditions.
