Frey Consulting Group in Ohio seeks a Hardscape Crew Leader to guide a small crew in high-quality outdoor installations and winter maintenance. This full-time, on-site position offers year-round work with diverse outdoor projects tailored to residential and commercial properties.

You will oversee hardscape tasks such as patios, walkways, steps, outdoor kitchens, and fireplaces, plus snow removal in winter. A reliable, learn-fast attitude and prior hardscape/masonry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, masonry, or concrete work.
• Ability to shoot grade and perform common trade tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt from landscaping backgrounds.
