Job summary

Legendary Services Co. seeks an experienced field supervisor to own the plan–build–close loop on multi‑trade residential projects in the St. Louis area. You’ll lead crews, coordinate trades, ensure safety, quality, and timely punch items while keeping homeowners informed.

You’ll manage material orders within caps, request change orders, and document progress with CompanyCam and ClickUp, ensuring milestones are met and close‑out packages are complete for DOs and permit requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential field leadership experience with responsibility for teams and outcomes.
• Strong sequencing, punchlist management, and customer communication skills.
• Knowledge of MO/IL permit triggers and inspection expectations for small projects.
• Tools/vehicle usage; smartphone proficiency; clean driving and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew and trade coordination; conduct daily standups and safety checks.
• Order materials and pickups within caps; request POs/change orders as needed.
• Ensure quality control: protection, tolerances, finish standards, and code awareness.
• Perform inspections when required; identify red/yellow risk flags and escalate.
• Maintain project logs with CompanyCam; track progress in ClickUp; prepare close‑out package.

Own the plan‑build‑close loop for multi‑trade small projects (bath refreshes, patch‑and‑paint packages, small decks/fences under permit thresholds). You run scopes tightly, keep homeowners informed, and hand projects over punch‑free.

Responsibilities

• Crew leadership and trade coordination; daily standups and safety checks
• Materials ordering/pickups within caps; request POs/change orders
• Quality control: protection, tolerances, finish standards, code awareness
• Inspections when required; red/yellow risk flags and escalations
• CompanyCam photo logs; ClickUp notes, checklists, and close‑out package
