Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-trade residential experience at finish quality.
• Own tools and a vehicle; safe ladder handling.
• Read/execute written scopes and create small cut lists.
• Basic code awareness and safety practices.
• Smartphone proficiency; punctual and professional on occupied sites.

Responsibilities

• Light carpentry: trim repair, base/casing install, minor door/window adjustments.
• Drywall patches, tape/mud/texture matching; paint prep and finish.
• Minor tile re-grout/re-caulk; small flooring repairs and transitions.
• Materials pickups within caps; receipts/notes in ClickUp; photos in CompanyCam.
• Identify scope variances, hidden damage, and permit triggers; request change orders.

About the Role

You’re a multi‑trade finisher who can own small service tickets end‑to‑end: light carpentry, drywall/paint blends, fixture swaps, and minor tile/flooring repairs. You protect finishes, communicate clearly, and deliver tidy, code‑aware work.

Responsibilities

Light carpentry: trim repair, base/casing install, minor door/window adjustments

Drywall: patches (>4”), tape/mud/texture matching; paint prep and finish

Minor tile re‑grout/re‑caulk; small flooring repairs and transitions

Materials pickups within caps; receipts/notes in ClickUp; photos in CompanyCam

Identify scope variances, hidden damage, and permit triggers; request change orders

Requirements

3+ years multi‑trade residential experience at finish quality

Read/execute written scopes and create small cut lists; basic code awareness
