Requis Salons, a Regis franchisee operating the SmartStyle salon inside Walmart, seeks a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager to lead guest service and assist the salon manager. You will deliver high-quality cut/color services and manage daily operations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates enjoy a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, have a cosmetology license, and are tech‑savvy enough to handle administrative tasks and system closeouts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Desire to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to perform administrative tasks and close out the system at day end.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
