Requis Salons’ SmartStyle Salon inside Walmart is seeking a Hairstylist Assistant Manager to lead, assist, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide team members, provide consultations, and perform services with professionalism in a fast-paced retail salon environment.

The role requires state-licensed cosmetology or barber credentials, a willingness to work evenings/weekends, and strong administrative skills.

Qualifications

• You must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• You want to lead and assist a salon manager.
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks.
• You may be closing out the system at the end of the day.
• You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math.
