SmartStyle Salon is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager to lead and assist a busy salon inside Walmart. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, consultations, and efficient service delivery.

Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth within a large franchise network. The ideal candidate has a cosmetology license, a desire to lead, strong administrative skills, and comfort with daily POS and system tasks.

Qualifications

• You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• You want to lead and assist a salon manager.
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks. You may be closing out the system at the end of the day.
• You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math.
