Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You’ll deliver lessons based on our trusted curriculum and keep a fun, high-energy environment that makes fitness enjoyable. Training and ongoing development are provided as part of a family-focused team.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling in a supportively nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• We will teach you the curriculum and teaching method.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Oversee the breadth of offered programs to maintain high standards.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow team members.
