Job summary

Upper West Exteriors is expanding its gutter division in the Seattle area. We seek a Lead Gutter Technician who will manage in-house gutter production and support roofing operations as a Field Production Supervisor.

This hybrid role offers ownership of installation processes, training, and potential advancement into division leadership while delivering high-quality exterior work. Compensation is hourly with Pay-for-Performance, and the position provides opportunities to grow as the team expands

Qualifications

• Professional seamless gutter installation experience.
• Experience operating a gutter roll-forming machine.
• Knowledge of 5" and 6" K-style gutters.
• Roofing and roof-repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day gutter production and installation.
• Operate and maintain the 5"/6" seamless gutter machine and production trailer.
• Measure, fabricate, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, guards, and accessories.
• Manage gutter materials, coil inventory, tools, equipment, and trailer organization.
• Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
• Train and supervise gutter helpers as the division grows.
• Perform roofing project quality-control inspections and support crews.
