Upper West Exteriors in the Greater Seattle Area is building a new gutter division and seeks a hands-on professional to lead gutter production and support roofing operations. This hybrid role combines production on the gutter machine with field supervision, QC, and minor roof repairs.

Qualifications

• Professional seamless gutter installation experience.
• Experience operating a gutter roll-forming machine.
• Knowledge of 5" and 6" K-style gutters.
• Roofing and roof-repair experience preferred.
• Comfortable towing trailers, climbing ladders, and working on roofs.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong workmanship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who wants to take ownership and grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gutter Production: Operate the 5"/6" seamless gutter machine.
• Measure, fabricate, and install gutter and downspout systems.
• Manage gutter trailer, tools, materials, and inventory.
• Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Help develop gutter installation processes and standards.
• Train and lead helpers as the division grows.
