River Cities Seamless Gutters in Granite City, IL is seeking a Lead Gutter Installer to run installation and repair crews on-site. This role offers uncapped commission-based earnings with six-figure potential and opportunities to lead projects end-to-end, including fabrication, installation, and customer service.

You will mentor a 1-3 person crew, perform on-site estimating, manage gutter fabrication with a mobile roll-forming setup, and ensure top-quality workmanship while protecting homes from

Qualifications

• Operate gutter fabrication equipment to manufacture seamless gutters (K-style and half-round) from aluminum and copper.
• Understand roofline integration for proper pitch and water direction away from the structure.
• Use heavy-duty hangers with top-quality screws for secure installation.
• Assess roof type and debris load to recommend/install gutter guards.
• Identify customer needs on-site, present solutions, and close add-ons.
• Lead a small crew, delegate tasks, and maintain daily production goals.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a 1-3 person crew across installations and repairs.
• Conduct on-site system inspections and provide upgrade estimates (copper, half-round, guards).
• Operate mobile roll-forming machine to fabricate seamless gutters.
• Execute seamless gutter installation, repair, replacement, and guard application.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service and ensure clean job sites.
