Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an experienced gutter installation supervisor to lead installation crews in the field, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll coach installers, manage jobs, and develop team members through our Skills Ladder program, with hands-on leadership and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of gutter, roofing, carpentry, siding, or exterior construction experience preferred.
• Gutter installation experience strongly preferred.
• Previous lead installer, crew leader, or supervisor experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely work on ladders and at heights.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise gutter installation crews in the field.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address customer questions or concerns.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and 5-star reviews.
• Hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and professionalism.
• Reinforce proper ladder, fall protection, PPE, vehicle, and job-site safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve production, quality, and revenue.

Are you an experienced gutter installer ready to move into leadership?

We are looking for a Gutter Installation Supervisor to lead installation crews, maintain our high standards of workmanship, develop team members, and make sure every customer has an exceptional experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. You'll spend time in the field working with crews, inspecting installations, solving problems, coaching installers, and communicating with customers.
