Job summary
TruTeam is seeking a Lead Gutter Installer to install products per work orders, review daily schedules, and ensure safety and quality on every site.
You will travel daily to job sites, lead a crew, and perform warehouse and site duties, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and accurate reporting for customer-focused results.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Extensive gutter installation experience required.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
Responsibilities
- Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Lead Gutter Installer.
- Review daily work schedule, ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment.
- Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
- Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
- Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
- Perform warehouse‑related duties as required.
- Any other duties, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
