Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a senior Guidewire Rating Architect to design and optimize rating solutions for property and casualty insurance, collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, product, and technology teams.

The role focuses on policy center integration, enterprise architecture, scalable rating configurations, and high-performance calculations across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience in insurance technology.
• 5+ years hands-on Guidewire implementation experience.
• 3+ years designing Guidewire Rating solutions.
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Guidewire Rating solutions across multiple insurance products and lines of business.
• Define rating strategies, rate books, rate routines, worksheets, variables, and pricing models.
• Develop scalable and maintainable Guidewire Rating architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into effective Guidewire rating solutions.
• Design integrations between ClaimCenter, external pricing platforms, and third-party data providers.
