Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Follow company guidelines for restricted merchandise sales.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Use suggested selling methods to promote and sell products.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and issues following company processes.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with other travel center functions as needed.
• Model behaviors supporting the company’s purpose.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
