Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead Guest Attendant to guide front-of-house operations in a hospitality setting. You will train staff, monitor guest feedback, and assist in housekeeping and related duties to maintain service standards.

The role emphasizes team leadership, problem-solving, and proactive scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction at the property level.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel leadership, including front desk and back-of-house operations.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.
  • Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Team Lead: Train and guide staff, discuss performance with the GM, attend and lead staff huddles.
  • Financial: Post checks in PMS, maintain weekly labor tracker, manage payment reports, postpaid outs and receipts.
  • Guest Relations: Monitor guest feedback, follow up on concerns, suggest and sell amenities, ensure security.
  • Housekeeping: Assign rooms, assist GM in inspecting rooms.
  • Other: Manage inventory, check emails, liaise with vendors and guests, foster teamwork.
  • Sales & Marketing: Assist in-house guest sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
  • Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping duties, complete laundry and public space tasks, cover shifts as needed.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Guest Attendant to join our team. You will assist in leading some operations in the absence of the General Manager or assisting them with leading the team, ensuring that our service standards are consistently exceeded.

Primary Duties
  • Team Lead: Train and provide guidance to staff. Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager and attend and lead staff huddles.

  • Other: Manage inventory, check property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, and foster teamwork.
  • Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
  • Teamwork: Assist with housekeeping in rooms as needed and daily completion of laundry duties and public space needs. Flexible for covering employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity in the event of unexpected absences.
  • Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements
  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
