Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC seeks a Group Product Manager to lead a small team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on government software, bridging strategy and execution and owning a meaningful portion of the product portfolio.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, and delivery teams to define roadmaps, manage KPIs, and ensure high-quality outcomes for government clients while mentoring staff for growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with people-management or team leadership exposure.
• Experience in government technology software preferred.
• Proven record leading product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience with JIRA and Figma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners; provide coaching, feedback, career development support, and performance management.
• Own roadmap strategy and backlog priorities for an assigned product area within the portfolio, in alignment with the overarching strategy.
• Translate product strategy into clear team-level goals, epics, and delivery plans; ensure the team is always working on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Director of Product Management and delivery teams; elevate risks, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team rituals, and career development conversations to build a healthy, high-performing team culture.
• Partner with engineering leads, UX designers, and agile delivery teams to ensure smooth planning and execution across sprint cycles.
• Engage directly with government clients, implementation teams, and customer success to validate product direction and surface emerging needs.
• Support the Director and VP in contributing to portfolio-level planning, resource allocation, and product strategy discussions.
• Define and monitor team-level KPIs and product health metrics; communicate progress to the Director and broader leadership.
• Maintain domain expertise in state and local government software.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD) to increase team productivity and the quality of product artifacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
